Thank you for registering for my group small business coaching tele-seminar.  Please complete the form below to ensure your registration and access to the live conference call.  Before the coaching begins, I will call you to speak with you personally and learn more about you and your goals.  Additionally, I will collect payment from you during our introduction call.  After your payment is finalized, you will be give access information to attend the group coaching seminar.

Note - To be clear, you are registering for a group small business coaching tele-seminar, a conference call that will meet once a week for eight weeks.  This is not one on one coaching, but coaching in a dynamic group setting.
