This is ICF required Mentor Coaching with a group of participants in a group cohort.
Included in the price is seven (7) hours of mentor coaching in a group cohort and three (3) individual hours with Scott Howard, MCC. For a total of ten (10) mentor coaching hours.
This mentor coaching must span at least three months.
Attendance is mandatory at all scheduled seven group cohort hours. The group meets every week at 7 pm EST for seven weeks.
Attendance is mandatory at all three individual one-on-one sessions with Scott Howard, MCC. Individual sessions are scheduled between you and Scott.
If you miss one of the above 10 sessions, you will need to make it up with an additional session at an additional fee - if you are trying to fulfill the ICF's mentor coaching requirement.
